By creating an account or using Cakd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Cakd offers Solo (€49.99/mo) and Agency (€99.99/mo) plans with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.
You may not use Cakd to store illegal content, infringe on others' intellectual property, send spam, or attempt to breach security. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Cakd. Cakd retains ownership of the platform, code, branding, and associated intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to operate the service.
Cakd is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
You may cancel your account at any time from your settings. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms or extended non-payment. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
